“These tasty little apple chips are wonderful for snacking. We like them plain, but you can also sprinkle them with a touch of powdered sugar, or cinnamon sugar. Make as many or as few as you like.
Arrange thin apple slices in a single layer on a greased or lined baking tray. Place into a preheated 400F oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 170F; bake for about 2-2 1/2 hours, depending on how thick the slices are, and how crispy or chewy you like them. Cool. Store in an airtight container.”
(Alternatively, if you’re not down to wait two hours for baking, look for Bare Fruit Snacks’ bake-dried apple chips at your local grocery store. One of my favorite snacks!)
